About me

I bring rigorous neuroscience into the places where people feel it most: the skin, the senses, and the rituals of care. My work focuses on neurocutaneous science—the brain–skin connection—and on practical neurowellness frameworks that support attention, memory, and resilience.

I advice luxury beauty, spa and wellness organizations apply evidence-based neuroscience to:

  • Build credible education and training

  • Formulate skincare products with the latest active ingredients

  • Strengthen product storytelling and claims strategy (science-first, compliance-aware)

  • Design experiences that support stress resilience, attention, and behavior change

Opus Manus

Opus Manus is my ongoing work on the hand–mind connection—where neuroscience meets the intelligence of touch, attention, and written practice.
